Hotel Costa da Morte

5/5 Fantastiskt Vi stayed at Hotel Costa da Morte for almost three weeks and felt at home. When we checked in we were surprised with an upgrade and got rooms med balcony and sea view. The rooms were clean and fresh, with comfortable beds. What a luxury to have fresh beds and towels at the end of a beach day. The breakfast was delicious and we got a little extra surprise and variation each morning, sometimes French toast, sometimes cakes from the family bakery round the corner. The staff was extraordinary kind and helpful. Eloy, the owner, provided us with recommendations about what to see or do and where to eat (excellent restaurant recommendations!). He helped us booking a moonshine boat trip with Julio and helped booking restaurants. The day we checked out we had to leave very early and the prepared breakfast-to-go for us. It was a fantastic stay and we can only recommend this hotel.

We didn’t really know what to expect. Hence, our stay was a very pleasant surprise. Our accommodation was very spacious despite being on the top floor underneath the roof. It seems to have been freshly renovated or maintained very carefully. Everything felt new and the design was white/blue that added to the clean impression. Nice spacious bed (we had asked for it). With elevator that made the transport of our luggage very easy. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. It is right in the city center of Fisterra and the Faro de Fisterra is only a 3 km hike away.

Staff provided very helpful info and dinner recommendations. Breakfast was awesome! Very filling. Outdoor patio was a nice little getaway. Views from room were awesome. Nice balcony! Watched baby seagulls on the rooftops next door. Very clean and modern throughout the inn and room.

Very clean place with a lot of room.

We absolutely loved our hotel room and 3-day stay-standard room (no sea view or balcony) that had incredible natural light with a huge window we opened daily. The room was clean, had a/c, showers that worked very well, lots of closet space and cleaned daily. We had a delicious vegetarian meal that was thoughtfully planned and prepared daily with toast, avocado, eggs, coffee, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice and homemade cake. It doesn’t get better than that!!!
