“Beautiful view but hotel does not live up to expectation in relation to price”

Mostly good service from the staff. Best part of the hotel is the view and location. However, as a customer you can find better alternatives for the same price with the same view and proximity to the beach walk.

To be improved

The hotel is listed as 5 star, it is nowhere near to be considered that. - some of of the staff unfriendly - hotel bathrooms are not renovated. Upholds the standard for a 2 star hotel. - Bad functioning air con and shower - plastic chairs on balcony and dirty pool area ( sunbeds not updated for a long time) - Hallways are dirty and old Overall, I can imagine this hotel held good standard 10-20 years ago. However it is clear that the owners are not putting effort into updating and renovating the hotel for it to be considered 5 or even 4 star hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room with view over the sea. Room did not live up to the expectation in relation to price.

Great location! The staff was very professional — special thanks to Alessandro and Julien for their warm welcome.Ana also at the check out The hotel manager personally greeted us during breakfast, which I found very thoughtful and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is very nice actually

To be improved

Downside: regarding the room bedding, I believe it could be improved for a 5-star hotel. The mattress and sheets were not quite up to the standard I was expecting. 😬

“A great location for Las Canteras and northern Las Palmas.”

The best

We are regular visitors to Gran Canaria, staying in the south of the island from where we usually make a day trip to Las Palmas. This time we decided to add a two night stay in Las Palmas and booked this hotel independently. We were not disappointed in our choice. The location is right on Las Canteras Beach with easy access to lots of cafes restaurants & shops. Hotel has its own underground carpark, albeit at a daily cost of 14 euros.

Loved this hotel Beautifully positioned overlooking Las Canteras beach. Wonderful.breakfast buffet with ample choices. Beautiful pool. Staff mega professional and friendly. No complaints only Praise. Very clean, very comfortable bed. Quiet too. Top marks
