This hotel offers many highlights that made our stay enjoyable: the bathroom was excellent, featuring a fantastic shower and modern design. The room layout was clever and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The location is ideal, close to everything in Burgos, and the staff was extremely attentive and courteous – they really made an effort to help with anything we needed..

To be improved

However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience: One window couldn’t be properly closed, and since the room was on the first floor with a flat roof outside, this raised some safety concerns. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and we were provided with a tower fan instead, which was not ideal on warm days. The view overlooked a dirty backyard, which wasn’t very appealing – though it wasn’t a major issue, as we spent most of our time exploring Burgos. Conclusion: A well-located and comfortable hotel with great amenities and excellent service. A few technical issues detracted slightly from the stay, but overall it’s a solid choice for a city trip to Burgos
