The best

Great location to the sea, plenty of sun beds, gardens were lovely, the restaurants were in a good location and tables were always available . The spa treatments we had were lovely. Staff were all amazing, I can honestly say there wasn’t one member of staff that we didn’t like, very well done here .

To be improved

Honest feedback- The hotel is a little dated in places and could do with an upgrade. There really is an issue with getting taxis , the wait time is really annoying and if you use an Uber which we ended up doing it was a minimum of 40 Euros one way. This would stop us using the hotel as it really is an inconvenience- obviously it’s not your fault at all and the staff were very accommodating in trying to help. Others may not find this as bad but as we have friends on the island we go out to see them.

“Very good hotel”

The best

The view from the sea view room is unforgettable. Breakfast is very good (solid five-star standard). Lobby and valet staff are very attentive.

To be improved

The main issue (and it’s a significant one) is the complete lack of staff in the pool area. There were only two people responsible for a very large space, and they were unable to properly attend to the guests lounging in the sun — no menu, drinks, or towels were offered. I found this well below what one would expect from a hotel of this level, and I wasn’t the only one — a few other guests seemed just as surprised by the situation. Other than that, the hotel is fantastic.
