“Great local hotel in a great location!”
The best

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helpful and service-oriented. The hotel communicates very well and abundantly in advance of our arrival. The rooms are clean and the views toward El monasterio are beautiful. The location is great, close to tons of cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes from El Monasterio de El Escorial.

To be improved

Not a negative, just worth noting- parking could be tricky because of the centric location. We were very grateful that a staff member helped us find a place nearby to park our car.

“Very happy: we hope to be back”
The best

Hotel is in a great central location. Everything in walking distance: restaurants, Escorial etc. We used free, streetside parking but there is a paid underground parking nearby. We were early and were pleasantly surprised: we immediately got a room. Good size, clean, very quiet, great beds. The lady behind the reception was friendly and helpful.

No negatives: we were happy.
