“Overall a disappointing experience”
The best

A very interesting building with a spacious room. Good central location. Excellent secure garage for my motorcycle.

To be improved

The reception staff wasn’t at all welcoming when I arrived. The air con, as others have commented, is completely ineffective so my room was uncomfortably hot. The location of my room also faced a busy main road so there was a constant hum of traffic noise. The plunger for the loo was missing and the bath/shower was in need of a deep clean.

Nice old hotel with modern upgrade

To be improved

They put two single beds together and so you have the gap. Then one set of towels for two people is not ideal. We managed for a night and as we arrived late I appreciated the late checkin more then going down to the reception to get this sorted

Beautyfull localization between mountains, as well vintage building. Good example of Well done wood work, nice to see for a carpenter as me

“Comfortable and friendly hotel in a historic building”
The best

The whole hotel was spacious and more modern than we expected. The room was very big and comfortable. Nice big windows. Had a fridge. Bathroom had a tub. The outside terrace was nice in a historic town. The cheesecake was 'espectacular!' The staff were friendly and responsive.

To be improved

There was a major long hair and some plastic in the calamari but the staff were apologetic and gave us our meal and drinks for free. The room was dark despite lots of lamps and lights.
