Fantastic location on the promenade and beach. Helpful friendly staff. Live entertainment on 2 nights. Street parking next to hotel.

To be improved

The hotel could do with some TLC in terms of maintenance, in particular, the bathroom.

Superb location, nice pool, rooms clean and decent Aircon Great helpful staff,.really cannot fault it..

Not so much didn't like but just a comment. Breakfast (which decent and very reasonable for the price),is available from 0800hrs. In summer season especially it would be great if available from 0700 or even 0730hrs. Will be back..

No bar or coffee shop as advertised,could get breakfast but did not. Hotel not 4 star more like a 3 star

The best

Unbeatable location by the beach promenade in San Jose. Air conditioned rooms and also a ceiling fan which helps at night. Free plentiful street parking, though maybe not the case in high season? Nice balcony with side views of the beach, but no privacy on both sides. Good TV. Good easy to use room safe. Good pool, useful on windy days. Friendly helpful staff and a WhatsApp hotline to help out with enquiries and issues. Good buffet breakfast for 9€.

The hotel looks modern and well maintained on the outside, but the rooms are showing their age. The bathroom fittings are shabby though they worked fine. The bath and basin plug holes were painted white, probably because they were corroded. The individual 60 litre water heater per room was adequate for 2 adults to shower. The nice little balcony however had no privacy, as both sides were not screened off from the next door balconies. The balcony window had to be tight shut for the air conditioning to work, so if you got too cold at night it became stuffy in the room. Non working room phone, which Reception confirmed was no longer in service in any room.
