“Charming hotel, centrally located”

The best

Great location while not bang in the centre, it's only a very short walk and it's still very central. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, small plunge pool. Very cosy, only 16 rooms, so quiet. Lovely central patio to enjoy a (free) coffee. Also, sit down breakfast served at the table with good fresh products (except the orange juice). Úbeda is a lovely little town with lots of historic monuments with a nice, calm atmosphere to walk around

To be improved

Though breakfast was lovely, it wasn't huge (compared to a buffet breakfast). There is no car park however there is a public car park with easy access about a 2 minute walk away. It didn't bother me at all but at night there is no reception so you let yourself in with your key card

“A Lovely, Small Hotel with Helpful Staff”

Your receptionist (Victoria) was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Nice lounge area with good WiFi Rooftop ‘dipping pool’ to cool down - small area but attractive with 6 deckchairs. Nice Continental Breakfast with a bit of everything for everyone! Paid parking 2mins away. Hotel is located at the top of the Main Street.

The lounge area has a fountain which was leaking water all around its base. I slipped and hurt myself and the fountain was STILL not turned off or drained. A complete health and safety hazard. We stayed in Room 4, but the terrace area was dirty and the WiFi non existent but it was cool! We were offered room 6, one of the Double Duplex Rooms, beautifully laid out but at this time of year (June) being at the top of the building - it was way too hot. Also there was a gap in the curtains directly opposite the bed!

Breakfast time!! It was not available until after 9.am. We were travelling on and wanted to leave at 8.30. everything on offer for breakfast was laid out on plates, no hot food ect.easy enough to serve earlier say 8.00 am Advertised with a swimming pool but really only a tiny plunge pool 2mts x 2mts
