The staff was really accommodating, the room was clean, and the food was really tasty and good the breakfast was one of the best I ever ate, and you have also the pool and the bar nearby that let you relax really well.

“Clean and comfortable stay”

The best

Great location between the beach and town, loads of options for lunch and dinner within a 10-15 minute walk. The breakfast buffet is good, although the coffee is not good (from a machine) and no decaf coffee option. The room was clean and comfortable although a little on the basic side; no kettle or bin in the room, the hairdryer is the kind you need to keep your finger on the button, the mirror and toilet seat have seen better days. A slight frustration is a few extra charges and deposits for things like using the room safe, towels for the pool. There is no aircon in the room.

I made a request for gluten free bread and understood that it may not be available on the first morning but there was no effort made to have it for the remainder of the stay. There was no tea making facility in the bedroom so in that event, I would have expected the hotel to provide free tea, coffee and water to all guests or the very least to provide a kettle. this facility was provided in another hotel we stayed in. A small bottle of water could be purchased for 2 euros at reception. Both men managing the dining room were quite rude and abrupt to guests. I observed the older man making a young guest put back a piece of fruit as they had taken two pieces. This attitude does not make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It’s called the hospitality industry…. Has anyone told them that???

“Good value for money but not for people with sleeping problems”

- wifi worked and was pretty stable - reasonable price - good location, close to the main bus station - coconut ice cream (not served every day) - popular among elder couples (no loud families) - small balcony (for two people) with a decent view, although it's too windy to sit there for long - additional blankets

To be improved

- low water pressure in the shower and unstable bath tub - biggest downside for me was that even though the surrounding area is quiet, there are very thin walls, so you can hear neighbors and their tv, every day I was woken up earlier than I had planned - dated and tiny elevator, for max. 3 people - limited vegetarian options - too soft pillows - no fridge
