“Close to the Airport, lovely and clean · Cons: We were told a taxi would come for us, and whilst waiting 30 minutes, the lady on reception then told another family to go before us, which we were not too happy about considering we were waiting a little while”

“Excellent hotel”

The best

I booked the Hotel Eden as a one night stopover before a flight from Girona and it totally exceeded my expectations! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the outside space is a huge plus. Really nice pool and a great little woodland play park for small children.

To be improved

The only small piece of feedback is that it would be useful to have an option for the door to lock on the inside. My 2 year old kept escaping and running off! Which is all the more challenging when you’re travelling as a solo parent.

“The property was nice, secluded. Gave resort vibe. Staff were good. · Cons: I booked the room because of free airport shuttle but turns out it was not available for early and late flights. Staying at Girona would have been the same since buses from Girona to airport or vice versa have longer service hours and are cheaper. The airport is 26mins walk on a highway which was not very safe, so it's better to take taxi where ever you go. There are no public transportation nearby.”

Very expensive for what it was. No shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport and although very close not possible to walk there. Had to take a taxi for 15€. Shuttle bus should be offered until there are no more flights arriving/departing. The bathroom was dirty, there were long hairs all over the bathroom, and the bathroom was very ugly as it was set up to be for handicapped people.
