“Good place to stay”

The best

The location was perfect for us as in the area buying a house so ease to the motorway and surrounding villages was important. The room was basic yet spacious and clean The restaurant and bar area is really nice and busy and the food was lovely…..very good value and cooked really well, you can either sit outside under a large covered terrace or inside in a welcoming and well decorated bar (they also do have a separate restaurant area) The staff were friendly and welcoming and whilst do not speak English (which is an us problem not a them problem) we all got by There is plenty of parking and a lift We would and will be staying there again

To be improved

It’s not a dislike as if you have looked at the location, you would know it’s next to a motorway The road is busy all the time and if you have a front facing room as we did, the noise is constant however, it does blur into the background after a while and you have air con in the room so it’s not as if you need to open a window

“Not much sleep!”

To be improved

No dedicated reception to check in - wait at cafe bar for attention. Room on front of hotel overlooking motorway and traffic noise loud due to poor double glazing. Double bed was hard and uncomfortable with pillow that was like putting your head on a rock! Light fitting hanging out of ceiling with no bulb. Bathroom sink almost blocked. Shower head spraying outside bath with no adjustment - just had to hold it.

“Very good for such a low price”

The best

Breakfast was included, it was very nice. Not buffet but a real Spanish bar and breakfast! The room was bigger than expected and very nice. Very good noise block on the windows too. We even had TV in the room!

To be improved

The shower head was difficult to use and uncomfortable but very good overall
