To be improved

Room seemed like it was next to the sewage/septic tank. Not pleasant at all when you’ve spent £530 on a 3 night stay expecting a “4” star hotel and you get a bad smell every time you come into your room. The beds were also only made 1 night out of 3 which was sad. It seemed we only got room service once - another thing which is not acceptable for a 4 star,

The best

Beautiful spacious rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel overall was very good. Great restaurant with a beautiful courtyard dining area. From check-in to check out, the staff were so helpful. We definitely plan to return.
