The location and the breakfast were excellent. Good value for money. Some members of staff very friendly and kind.

To be improved

A member of staff was downright unpleasant, not a smile or nice word at checking in. It takes ages for them to process the checking in. I know you have to show your identity card or passport but this only takes a few minutes anywhere else and they printed two forms for each one of us to sign!!! No need for this!
