Very peaceful and the employees were very sweet and helpful

To be improved

The only thing i would say, was that the room didn’t have air conditioning, we did have the windows open but as we were on the ground floor we didn’t want to have them open at night 😅

The location on the finca is beautiful! Very calm, nice views. The people working there were very helpful for all questions and adorable with our little daughter. Big room and a big bed.

Very nice old house surrounded by banana trees and very nice flowers gardens, within walking distance to a small sheltered cove/beach with steps into the sea

To be improved

Although breakfast was available the restaurant is closed in June which we weren't aware of and that was a shame as the courtyard would have been a lovely setting for dinner etc. There was also no fridge in the room which would have been good to keep drinks cool, and no a/c which was fine but seemed unusual. We also only received one water on the first day rather than refreshed water each day as would be more usual in a hotel; instead there was a paid for drinks fridge open in the day.

“A unique place in the wild nature of Tenerife’s North!”

This hotel is a special place on earth!— it’s location in the midst of banana plantations with ocean view on one side and mountains on the other makes it the perfect spot to relax & unwind. At the same time it’s a great starting point to explore Tenerife’s North with charming towns such as Garachicos and Icod de los Vinos close by (5min drive). The house and its gardens are beautiful and well maintained; the rooms are cozy with a comfortable mattress and basic furniture—but you will find all you need also in the common areas which offer a tea/coffee maker. The staff was very friendly, happy to accommodate all needs and provide recommendations for trips on the island! The breakfast buffet was small but all fresh and tasty. I will have to come back & would highly recommend a stay here :)

To be improved

Everything was great!—people who are travelling with children or generally prefer more space might have to watch out and select the right room. Mine was a bit small (which I loved as it felt cozy).
