“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the el refugio. I was not looking for luxury as this is not my wish.”
The best

The location was excellent. with the sea close by and audible. The people were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. It was the top end of a 2* hotel.

To be improved

The hotel is horrible and the staff with Abraham at helm is the worst I have ever seen in my entire live . He is impolite and ungrateful. The only thing he cares about is to charge for whatever reason he finds. Dont expect him to be helpful. Bedrooms are poorly equipped ( you wont find an Ac, a fridge..) there are dogs nonstop barking just across from the windows and pls be careful because they will try to host you close to the back door where it is the smoking exit with people lottering all day long there .

Spotless, friendly, 20 ms from beach, very good gin bar.

To be improved

Unfortunately no restaurant but two on beach.
