The staff very unprofessional and the awful communication with them, not answering phone, chasing them for the door code etc... Will not recommend it.

Lovely setting and really well appointed. Member of staff who checked us in was really friendly.

To be improved

What we didn’t know and weren’t told was that the bar/restaurant was closed until 8pm. We went into town for a drink then came back at 8.20pm but the restaurant and bar were still closed with nobody around so we went hungry. In the morning we left about 8am, still nobody around and unable to settle the bill etc. Shame as it was a great place otherwise. Apart from someone had pulled the aircon controller off and it didn’t work so I had to open the French door all night to keep cool.

Late check in via Whatsapp is a good flexibility. Hotel is good for short stays, good value for money

To be improved

Some facilities need to be fixed/renovated. the bath glass leaks and after the shower there is a huge puddle on the floor, which is slippery and dangerous. The door bottom turned black already so that leakage has been there for quite a while.
