“Terrible service - avoid”
The best

Terrible experience - looked nice but they forgot our food order and brought out my partners 20 minutes before mine - so we didn’t even get to eat together. Didn’t even apologise for the terrible service - even had the cheek to add a service charge for the awful service and didn’t acknowledge they’d given terrible restaurant service. To top it all off, a woman on the table next to us started choking on her food and had to be taken away in an ambulance. AVOID.

The location of the hotel is great! There are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby and it's right in the center of the old town! The room was looking right over the old town

To be improved

While the hotel was great, our room was in the 1st floor, right above the restaurant and also next to the staff room. So in the evening and early in the morning was quite noisy and we got woken up multiple times. The door to the bathroom is a glass door, so there's not much privacy there... it was still fine for 4 nights though

The best

The best location, very kind and friendly people, and delicious cuisine. It is actually a restaurant that also has a hotel and is very exotic and convenient to the historical centre of the city.

To be improved

I think the rooms are small, but I understand that this is common practice in Spain.
