“Perfect base to explore the Teide (and relax!)”
The best

Cute mountain hotel, perfect if you want to spend a night in Vilaflor to hike the Teide. Our room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Nice little wellness area can be booked for an hour + rest in the well maintained garden. The receptionist was very nice too!

I really appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. The facilities were well-maintained and very pleasant.

To be improved

Some common areas were not available after 7:30 PM, which was unfortunate because they were beautiful and very inviting.

The best

Very good hotel in a location with easy access to Teide. The hotel is in a quiet area with a good view. The room is basic but it's comfy enough for a short stay (we stayed for 2 nights). The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

To be improved

Although the breakfast was really nice, we would have preferred it to be a buffet so we can select what and how much we eat. When we stayed there, everyone was getting the same combo with eggs by choice. We did notice people don't always finish their food.

The best

Breakfast was excellent, so was the location, we were planning hike to Teide and the hotel is about 25 minutes away from the start point.

To be improved

As written here before, the floor tile in the room was cold, so slippers recommend :-) The jacuzzi is a bit outdated but together with the sauna, it is a nice relax after the hike.
