manager is very helpful, despite our language difficulties at small points, which is fine and expected. layout is good, place to store my bike was great, breakfast was a good standard, remember to ask about the TV remote if your room does not have one it it, i didnt and had to go and take one from the box behind reception which felt a bit strange.

To be improved

a tv remote in my room would have been good, but no other issues. :-) the place is basic, but clean, friendly and does nice toast in the morning.
