Excellent staff going the extra mile no matter who was at reception.

To be improved

The bathroom very dissapointing, no toiletry, no shower head holder, no toilet brush, folding bath/shower screen makes no sense. Room is overused and old, needs a complete refurbishment.

To be improved

Dilapidated, dark, single room. Single mattress on top of a tiny bed frame that was too small to hold the matress. Tiny, smelly, run down toilet. Very expensive considering the state of the room.
