“Stylish, cozy and quiet place”

The best

The whole hotel is very stylish, well decorated and impeccably clean, including common areas like the elevator, reception, corridors, stairs and our room, of course. We liked the smell of our room and the whole place. The bed is just right for relaxation, very wide, not too soft, not too hard. The lighting, air conditioners and decorations contribute to the pleasant vibe of the place. The location is really good. Estacion Maritima where one can catch a bus to Las Teresitas is less than ten minutes of walking. Nearby is a very beautiful park. Intercambiador is at the walking distance, too. Nevertheless, the hotel is in a quiet street, so it's both close to the centre and far from noise. Everything looked exactly as we expected watching photos before booking.

What I loved: Room was spotless clean Bed was super comfortable Sheets and towels fresh and clean Kitchen useful and modern with some free coffee, and water Laundry on site is quick and not expensive Parking spot I paid 15 euros was for was incredibly convenient as I had it parked directly in front of the hotel Staff was professional and friendly Location can not be better because it's on a quiet street within a 3 minute walk to everything in central area I will be back. This place exceeded my expectations

Good to have some parking space (though very limited, and paid extra) right at the door of the hotel, since parking is very problematic in the center. · Cons: The see-through door of the bathroom - frankly, everyone appreciates privacy when using the restroom!”

“Exceptional comfort and art”

The best

Amazing hotel! You can really tell they care deeply about creating a cosy and warm experience for the guests. We were first helped by staff Lizzy with parking. This m already gave a nice feeling before we checked in. She is thoughtful and very friendly. The location is right in the center of city. But at night it was quiet - a perfect balance. Every corner of the room is carefully designed to provide the most comfort. Here are some examples: We could access the hotel and our room using a password, so we didn’t need to carry a key card (preventing loss). The lighting brightness was just right—it didn’t shine directly into the eyes but was soft and sufficiently bright. The sink depth was perfect for preventing water from splashing onto the counter. The bathroom’s waterproofing was excellent (many hotels only have half a glass panel, causing water to spill everywhere after showering, but here it had a full glass enclosure and a raised waterproof track). There are different pillows so that you can select the one with your favorite height. The bed was also very comfortable. The doors all close softly to reduce noise. Beides, the room is also very artful. All these little touches take your stay to the next level ❤️

Firstly, the staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The furnishing and finish of the rooms was excellent too: stylish, simple, clean and comfortable.

To be improved

The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy and my partner struggled to sleep with the noise throughout the night. We were given a fan as an alternative though.
