“Location , view , breakfast , room all perfect · Cons: We had internet problem but it solved after maintenance guy came to us . Very old tv without any internet connection seriously made me shocked for 5 star hotel I didn’t expect this. No towel for outside pool Too many flies around outside pool Staff hardly and barely speaking english”

“5* hotel at a bargain price!”

The best

Extremely good price for 1 night with a good buffet breakfast.Hotel is elegantly traditional.Large well appointed room.Huge bathroom with large bath,separate shower cubicle,twin washbasins,loo and bidet. Very clean everywhere. Gorgeous outdoor pool and sunbeds.Also nice indoor pool. Hotel only 20 mins from airport.

To be improved

Very firm bolster pillow.I used the cushion as a pillow.Bed firmer than We are used to but still comfortable. Dinner was buffet.We were one of the first to dine but the hot food was only just warm.

The pools are amazing . Very relaxing. Wellness great.

To be improved

The service at the bar and restaurant waitors are so rude as though they don’t want to be there. Just terrible such a shame for a beautiful hotel. Information need to be given out like a map. No help at desk leaflets etc

“Good trip”

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, however there are pros and cons that need to be considered: Pros: - Clean - Large rooms with big beds - Golf course on site - Friendly staff - Nice looking hotel - Spa on site is excellent - Great plentiful breakfast - Room service with some 24h dishes Cons: - Outdoor pool only open on weekends and freezing - Out of the way so costs a fortune in taxis - Had to pay for two taxis to the airport at end of our trip as a large one won’t come out The golf course itself has some exciting holes and greens are in great condition, however the condition of the rest of the course such as the paths is not well maintained. There is also a restaurant by the golf course however they only serve proper meals between 1pm and 4pm, there is limited tapas outside of this. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant other than breakfast as we did not like the menu.
