The best

Breakfast was good, staff good. Room very small, lift kept breaking down, alarm on lift only heard on that floor. Emergency phone not working on lift. Rooms need a good make over

Most staff were friendly, the housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. The location and view from the balcony was great.

To be improved

Some staff didn't even acknowledge us, breakfast not suitable for vegans. The room was really small and the bathroom had mould on the ceiling and leaked from the apartment above which was reported to staff.

The best

Really nice little hotel in the center of Puerto Pollenca. Very nice view at the harbor especially from the top roof terrace - ideal to make your morning yoga or take a drink in the evening. Very good breakfast and super nice staff.

To be improved

The only negative thing is that there is a bar just next door and it is super noisy till very late…quite busy street as well in the morning…and not working lift
