Overall positive feedback on staff friendliness and attentiveness.
Beautiful location near the sea and gardens.
Guests reported a very positive overall experience with a couple of minor issues.
Generally good dining options, though some guests reported issues with dinner service.
Good amenities, though some guests wished for more equipment in the spa.
Perceived as a bit pricey, but overall a positive value for the experience.

“Nice hotel, but could be more relaxing”
This is the second time we have been to the hotel. The last time we had a spa but this time we stayed. Food service was excellent and well organised. We were very disappointed with the type of smart hotel it is and not being adults only, at least for out of school holidays. The price for the night half board was fair however I don’t really expect to pay that much and have screaming kids running up the hotel hall at 8am and trying all the doors. The sign at reception also states family time 15 years + between 9-3 in the spa. However yet again there were many kids in there no older that 10 who were jumping in and out of the pool. I would not recommend coming for a spa day within these hours.
“A relaxing hotel full of character.”
An ideal location within walking distance of the beach and bus stop. The hotel provided a relaxing environment with quiet areas both inside and in the well kept gardens. We received a warm welcome from the reception staff and found other staff friendly and helpful .
“Nearly perfect”
Fabulous grounds and pool area great service and food So why didn't I give it 5 star The rooms facing the mountains at the back are just ok but you get no sunshine there. Room is minimalistic and never no why when u spend so much on a hotel they can't give you a bottle of water a day, rather having to buy your own Minor things but still go
“Awesome 5 day Stay”
This hotel was just so perfect from breakfast to nightly strolls along the water which were just steps away from the hotel. Breakfast had a large variety to choose from including freshly squeezed OJ. Spa was quiet and dozed off a few afternoons lounging by the poolside. Our room was the superior room. We overlooked the grounds and had 2 balconies. Room was lovely and bathroom was simply beautiful. All in all, 5 stars and I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Thank you to the front desk for their hospitality and restaurant suggestion that pleased my vegan diet.
