“Classy hotel with a 1950's vibe (in a good way).”
The best

The location was about as good as it can be in Hermigua as it is pretty much in the centre of the very linear village and near the church and an excellent restaurant just 50 metres away. The terrace attached to the room had lovely views across the valley and the fridge in the room was really useful.

To be improved

There was a central point with a kettle for making tea and coffee but this was not really geared up for tea as the cups were tiny coffee sized and there was no milk.

“Very nice hotel, looks very cool in that rural area. Very good location in the centre of a long Hermigua village. We were even able to find electrical charging for a car, though not very close. Parking is available nearby along the street. Great view over the mountains! · Cons: Well, all is good, but we expected much better based on the reviews. It felt a bit callous. In that nice building you felt like you would be treated similarly. But the personnel seemed not to take care much about you. Also, we had great expectations of the breakfast, but it was just decent. The floor squeaked, and you can't do anything about it. And it was rather hot. Yes, we knew there would be no A/C. However, even a floor conditioner (very strong by the way) didn't cope with the humidity. Open windows also didn't help. At the end, it's not all the time really hot on La Gomera, so it's probably not always critical.”
