The under ground garage

The staff were not helpful. We went to the hotel cafe and we were unable to order food as the waiter wouldn’t give us a menu. The receptionist rubbished us off when we reported the heating was not working, it was very cold. The hotel is very dated and had a stale odour.

Hotel was very clean and bedrooms were a good size. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing! Overall, great value for money, comfortable stay and very friendly staff.

To be improved

Bedrooms got very warm at night as air-con was not so good. It was just about bearable in May - cannot imagine what June/July/August might be like.
