“Great spot with great staff and Raquel the best”
The best

Great place to stay in Vielha. The spa is new and very nice. But the very best thing was Raquel! She made us feel right at home and recommended restaurants and helped in any way needed. We'll miss Raquel. A real delight of a person.

Breakfast was charged separately, parking was charged separately and SPA was also charged separately, so it was really just a room - no benefits at all and room was not great either
