“Great location, very helpful and professional staff at reception. Having a lift was unexpected bonus for properties in this area. However room triggered severe allergic rhinitis for those sensitive to allergens.”

“The hotel was in a great location. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Our tiny room #12 was off of the lobby, and soundproofing was non-existent. We could hear guests coming and going whenever we were in the room, and the volume from the reception was very loud. The sheets were clean but the rest of the bedding was dirty, particularly the white’ish coverlets on top of the bed, they were filthy! Dead flies on the bathroom floor were a bit of a turn-off too. In the morning the breakfast selection was extremely limited but it would have got us by. Only problem was that we were put off by the mold on the chocolate loaf that my husband unwrapped, which understandably put us off of eating any of the other options. Wouldn’t stay there again but would definitely look for another hotel in the same area.”
