“Pleasurable Family Holiday Resort.”

The best

The staff were all friendly, the children enjoyed the slides, pool and all the children activities on offer..Variety of foods during the stay.The hotel allowed us to stay at the resort after we checked out of the room, so the children still used the pool and slides till we left.The nightlife activities around Malgrat de mar was also good.I will definitely be recommending the resort.

To be improved

My child felt so uncomfortable throughout the stay as there was another child who was aggressive in towards my child during the time we were there. Later, we learnt that the other boy was autistic! Other than that, all good.

“Great experience!! Highly recommended!!”

The best

Fantastic place for vacation with kids! The pools are great, the slides are not too big and not too small. We traveled with 5yo and 8yo, and they had a blast. Animation is very interesting, kids enjoyed it a lot! There's an arcade park right next to the hotel, which was also a very cool place to have fun. There's also a supermarket right next to a hotel. Very close to the beach, up to 5 min slow walk:) Great food options! Our kids are a picky eaters but still, we managed to nourish them:) The rooms were cleaned, and towels were changed daily! They also gifted a complimentary champagne and left complimentary sweets for us, very nice touch! The rooms are spacious enough, the beds are big and comfortable, and the balcony is also quite spacious. The receptionist was VERY nice and helpful. They lended us a beach umbrella for the whole stay for free, and even offered other beach stuff for kids! They also helped us and called a taxi for us when we needed it! I would say that the reception staff here is a TOP!! Their service definitely make me want to come back!

Two small things I didn't like: - we had a full pansion, meaning we weren't all inclusive, meaning we had only breakfast/lunch/dinner included with water/wine, but not juices/coke/fanta. And that was the funniest thing, because the staff would hang out near the drinks machine and catch and argue with the guests to not get coke. It just degraded the whole experience. Not All Inclusive people were ready to pay additionally for the juice/coke etc, but they don't offer this option. We ended up buying drinks in a supermarket nearby and bringing it with us, but still, I think the hotel needs to change that system. It just left not a good impression -the food was often already cold by the time they opened for lunch/dinner -not hotel-related, but please note, that the sea is deep right as you walk in, as well as a little rocky, so not very comfortable for kids and people who can't swim -beware of mosquitoes in the mid June

“It was the third time we went to this hotel. I want to point out the quick action of the lifeguard and receptionist, when my kid hurt his chin, the ambulance was called and got his stitches in less than 1 hour. · Cons: Maybe a little bit of maintenance would be needed”

“great few days away with the grand kids”

The best

we took the grand kids and there was something for them to do all day long and they never got bored. the room and shower room was spacious and spotless, great staff all around the hotel, great location. we went half board and the food was varied, and adequate.

To be improved

As i said we went half board and, at dinner,for some reason hot drinks and kids drinks needed to be paid for but wine was free in abundance. But at breakfast hot and kids drinks were included, couldn't figure it out. But this minor observation was our only negative

“Perfect family vacation”

The best

We spent a week in this hotel. We had a great time and we were very satisfied with everything. We really liked the super water park, great animation programs for children, delicious food, very attentive and friendly staff. We will book here again next time.
