A modern, comfortable place close to major attractions including Cimadevilla and Plaza Mayor, friendly and competent staff, good breakfast, good rooms - nothing to complain. Good value for your money.

To be improved

Only that air conditioning wasn't working (which we were advised in advance) but maybe providing with a small fan would have gone a long way. Lots of mosquitoes in the room as a result of having the window open all night.

“Good location between the two beaches and the old and new parts of town. · Cons: I had to change rooms because the safe didn't work. However, I was glad to change rooms as the original room was very small, shower was tiny and the wash basin was in the room, which was tiny room. However, when they changed my rooms the other room was a much better bigger room and bathroom, with everything in the bathroom that should be in the bathroom.”

“Comfy hotel near the marina”

The best

Nicely situated, 2 blocks away from both the marina and the beach (in different directions). Very nice & helpful personnel, nice breakfast. Comfortable room, beautiful view on the harbor from the 7th floor, cool artistic tiles in the bathroom. Nice tapas bistrot next door with good wine & fresh oysters @ a nice price.

To be improved

The weather in Gijòn is mostly storms in the spring, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. :)
