Location fabulous. Room lovely. Great view and spotlessly clean.

Check in was complicated. All staff were pleasant - but with definite shades of Fawlty Towers

The location, the view and the staff! We were also very happy to have such a great stay with our elder dog.

To be improved

While we loved our room, we didn’t have fitted bottom sheets, so we often ended up without a sheet below us during the night. We would have appreciated one bath towel and one hand towel per person, as well as a box of tissues.

“Great location walk across the road to beach”
The best

Clean modern hotel very close to the beach and parking at rear of the hotel. Reception staff Mateo and Mari helpful and professional nothing was to much trouble

The staff was friendly, but slow and lacked language competence. · Cons: The assistance at the reception was very friendly, but a bit slow. Unfortunately, communication in English was almost impossible. The young lady used Google translate in order to cope.”

“Lovely and modern hotel in Santa Cristina by the sea side.”
The best

I’ve booked this hotel for my mother-in-law who was visiting my parents and had a wonderful time here. It’s a beautiful fully refurbished hotel in Santa Cristina right in front of the beach. The rooms are super well kept, clean, modern and spacious and the staff is really lovely and attentive.
