The best

The property is ideally located in the center of Ciutadella, with a convenient free parking in proximity to use our car daily around the island. The staff is incredible, with a top notch concierge service. They have a place as well 15 minutes north of the city, with pool, beach access and a chef where we ate a great Paella with fresh farm to table food, Relaxing time outside the city all part of the hotel properties ! Luca was very attentive and kind to give us a great experience.

The service was phenomenal - friendly and genuine staff throughout the hotel. The most stunning atmosphere and a unique experience you wouldn’t get anywhere else. You feel like the hotel is all through the city. By far the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Couldn’t recommend this more.
