Hotel Finca Ca N'ai - Adults Only

The most beautiful farm/resort. The staff were so friendly and beyond helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The pool is beautiful and so relaxing. They offer shuttle bus' to the towns as parking can be difficult. Overall such a good experience

This place is pure magic. So calm and relaxing, exactly what we were hoping for! The whole property is beautifully taken care of, and lying by the pool with views of the mountains and citrus fields around was just perfect. Breakfast was really good every morning, with lots of fresh options. What really stood out though was the service—everyone we met, from the bartenders to the reception staff, was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into everything here. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great service and stunning surroundings, I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Already thinking about coming back!

Ca N’ai had long been on my Mallorca bucket list, and the junior suite premium rooms looked stunning on the website. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of expectations. The site promises stylish, bright, spacious, and comfortable rooms, so I was surprised they had availability with just a few weeks’ notice. On arrival, we were informed that our requested room was unavailable — a concerning start. We were reassured with news of an “upgrade,” which only heightened my apprehension. The room we were given, while generously sized, was dark, musty, and poorly maintained. The odour alternated between drain cleaner and sewage. With its bare concrete floor and tired furnishings, it felt more like a neglected basement garage than a premium suite. Access involved crossing a wet and muddy patch of ground — not ideal if you’ve packed anything other than hiking boots. The most glaring issue was the pool. It appeared to have been untouched by proper maintenance for decades: murky water, peeling paint, and a general sense of neglect. Midway through our stay, the hotel began repairs, draining the pool and jet-washing from 7:30 am — without any prior notice. The pool was unusable for at least two days. The surrounding area was equally uninspiring, featuring gimmicky concrete seating and a non-functional fountain. Due to the tree cover, the water remained freezing cold. Despite its premium pricing, Ca N’ai offered the worst value for money I’ve encountered in over 40 years of staying in finca hotels across Mallorca, including in Soller. It’s the only property I would actively avoid in future. Frankly, the hotel feels well past its prime and in need of a comprehensive renovation before it can justify its room rates. A few of the many issues we encountered include: - Ill-fitting curtains - No soundproofing (every footstep and flush from the room above was audible) - A “sun terrace” with no sun - Worn bedding and uncomfortable pillows - Stained furniture - Tatty pool towels - Shabby daybed with a torn curtain - Neglected garden areas - A fruit bowl with no fruit — ironic given Soller’s abundance of local produce - One small bottle of water on arrival, with no refills - A lampshade held together with tape I could go on. In short: do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. But the breakfast was good, as was the shuttle bus (kudos to the driver).

Wow! This is a dream place to visit. The whole hotel and grounds are just perfect. It is peaceful, tranquil and just what we needed for a restorative holiday. We were in room 15 which was huge and in one of the buildings away from the main area. It was set over three floors, including a huge bathroom, bedroom and seating area. We also had a private seating area outside with a day bed to relax on. The actual hotel building is beautiful and set around a courtyard where you can get drinks and Tapas at lunchtime/in the evening. The pool is quiet and plenty big enough for the guests and also has an honesty bar attached so you don’t have to go up to the main bar area. The breakfast is perfect, there are a selection of hot items available as well as lots of breads, fruits, meats and cheese. We were spoilt for choice. We had a hire car from the airport so we travelled around the island during our stay. We walked and drive into Soller and Port Soller, both of which are lovely towns. The staff were amazing and treated us very well. I was poorly one night and the housekeeping’s staff looked after me changing the bed and towels every day to make sure I was comfortable and fresh. We could not have asked for more. We spent 9 days at the hotel and I think it’s one of the best holidays we have ever had. It’s just picture perfect.

We loved it here! It is so relaxing being in a farm like setting with orange and lemon trees. We particularly liked the mountain next to the Finca as we did a hike every day along the upper trail. It’s also a nice location, roughly split between the port and the village of Soller. The staff was fantastic. Breakfast was the highlight of every day. I would come back to Mallorca just to stay in this finca! If you want a peaceful place to relax, this is it.

Wonderful wonderful place. Rooms are just perfect, fresh and nicely decorated, and the provate terrace is beautiful. The finca has amazing terraces where breakfast is served (or lunch, dinner and drinks) overviewing the Serra de Tramuntana. Already making plans to come back!
