“Sea view. Bed was comfortable. Foyer modern with lots of space and seating. Outside seating als0o good. · Cons: 2 lifts for 350 rooms in main building - and 1 went out of order on Friday as we arrived and wasn't repaired when we left on Sunday. Our "kitchen" was poorly equipped with no washing up liquid or cleaning cloth. We dropped lemon juice on worktop and it was not cleaned up when they made up the bed. For 200€+ per night, we expect better. The only inside chair was badly scraped, the curtain to the balcony filthy, the bedside lights could not be used individually, the air con non-existent. Although listed as "on the beach" it is quite some distance, both through the hotel and around it, to reach the promenade. There is a long gradient climb back from the beach. Or return via hotel for a longer, but gentler, ramp climb to reach the lifts. The cafe attached to the hotel only did tostados. If you wanted churros you had to return to the hotel to collect them or wait for their beach cafe to open.”

The location was fabulous

To be improved

We travelled from the UK and there was hardly any English spoken whilst that is not a problem all the literature was in Spanish and no option for English. The staff were okay not great but ok wouldn’t say they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
