“Cheap, cheerful and clean.”
The best

For a simple, no frills stay in Benidorm Old Town, this is worth considering. Situated right on the sea front, this was ideal. Would recommend requesting a sea view when booking. Double or twin rooms, with balconies. Comfortable beds and if you ask when checking in, they will provide a kettle and mugs for you early morning cuppa if you're into that. No restaurant so room only, but room is a good size with tv and clean, tidy bathroom. Ideal for a few days, and a couple of restaurants downstairs do a good breakfast at reasonable prices.

Leo at reception was very rude! Asked for some pillows and he replied with asking us if we wanted dirty pillows! He had a face on every time he saw us! despite us always being polite

The best

Basic but friendly hotel , staff extremely helpful in every way. Clean close to old town. If it had bar and dining would be first class. Close to beach. Excellent bar restaurant very close by.

The best

The property was having some building work done at the front nothing major and never disrupted us once. The hotel is the Old Town and was in an excellent location to travel about. Hotel reception was very good, all the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. Thanks for the stay, would go back.
