We arrived at 16th July 23.00 to the Hotel Florencio İbiza. The room (No 217) we were given that night at our stay was very small. The corner position of the room was looking to the apartment space without any air ciculation and outside view. There were some hairs in the bed, The toilet was not renovated and the inside was very old and damaged. Furthermore, there was a heavy humidity and odor in the room. After spending the first night in this room in very difficult conditions, we complained to the hotel management the next morning. After that they apologized to us, giving us a better position a nice larger room (No 207). Although the hotel solved our problem after our complaint, we still want to report this situation. Because we do not accept that we have been given such a bad room to which we paid for! We want this complaint to the necessary authorities.
