To be improved

Sunloungers had towels down from 730 am. Some unoccupied all day bit unfair if you want to stay by the pool.

Nice big apartments, lovely food, very clean and very convenient to reach from the airport ( only three bus stops).

To be improved

The only downside was that the pool was cold.

The best

Reall value for the money, everything was good (not excellent) 😊. You get what you have paid, similar to 4 star hotels but...a little bit less. Pools really good, food may be bit less choices but again good quality. Some evening entertainments a little bit boring. But it is really well situated with plenty small restaurants around and lovely beach with rock pools for kids.

The best

Everything. Started the day very early as flight landed 7:30 in the morning. Although checking is not until 15:00, since the apartment was left early we got the keys by 10am. Even before that we could already use all the facilities. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinners at the buffet where great, and huge variety, nothing less than 4* hotels . The show cooking meat and fish was always perfect and staff so friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices of all inclusive drinks. Usual stuff and even more. Size of the main pool, big enough for kids and adults to play with floats and not feel crammed. Plenty of sun lounges, got rid of the towels left for more than half an hour laying around before 10am, which made it fair for all users. Pool bar hot snacks made to order, so they were always fresh! Size of the apartment and cleanliness, towels changed every day. Excellent service. Night entertainment on site with plenty of spaces at the bar.

To be improved

Nothing to mention really. All was great. Maybe it was missing some music around the pool, as no speakers outside, and maybe more entertainment during the day. Although the animation team was very good and engaging it was probably missing some more games around the pool.

We ordered half board, but both breakfast and dinners were not good at all. It was everyday almost the same and especially dinner choices were very limited and the quality was not good enough”
