Location is good but everything else is awful.

To be improved

The images displayed on booking.com do not accurately represent the actual room. Be cautious, as this hotel is a major scam. The staff is extremely rude and struggles to speak English; even the TVs, including the subtitles, are in Dutch. We booked a comfort room for €216 a night but were given a filthy, outdated space instead. They will send you multiple payment links (also in Dutch), and if you enter your bank details, you'll likely get scammed. The check-in process is quite peculiar; guests are expected to handle it themselves, and if their system is down, you won't be able to access your room. We had to wait until 4 PM to finally get into ours. This trip was meant to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, but the hotel completely ruined the experience. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better options available nearby.

The receptionist Jose was very friendly and took his time to show us what’s worth to see in Mallorca. And also the breakfast is a 10/10!

To be improved

It’s very noisy because it’s near a party hotspot.

“Nice Hotel near Bierkönig”
The best

Great Hotel, very friendly people (espacilly Jose was super nice), great location and superb breakfast (they even have pizaa and pasta and a candy bar) ! We really liked it here. Also the pool area was nice and the bar staff friendly. Fair prices for beer and cocktails.

The room had a stuffy smell. The Television (TV) was not a smart TV. Couldn’t watch anything upon arrival. We had to leave the next morning. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. The hotel didn’t look as seen on the website. We asked if the bedsheets could be changed due to being itchy but we were given the sheets to do it ourselves We paid for the room with breakfast included. No information was given to us regarding breakfast. We missed it in the morning and asked if we could get something small to eat. It was a long process before they decided to refund us the breakfast money.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, lovely pool and within a short walk to a beach.

To be improved

Very noisy! Clubs and pubs were nearby and the loud music went on until midnight so difficult to sleep.
