The lady that checked us out. She was great and explained things. She had good customer service skills unlike the lady who checked out

To be improved

The lady that checked us in was super rude. Never explained anything until we demanded to speak to her manager. Her child was bothering my dog, offering pizza and taking my dogs toy out of her mouth and never even asked. Room was small and amenities were poor. Definitely not good value for money.

Although it may appear outdated from the outside, the interior is updated, clean and welcoming. The staff very accommodating, friendly, helpful and approachable with a smile. They are also kid and pet friendly.

To be improved

The room and bathroom are a tad small however comfortable with basic furnishings that did not overwhelm the space.

“In general, got the room that was described. Basically ok. · Cons: There is information available in FAQ in booking that there is a parking space available which should be booked in advance for 12 Eur/day. Looks like it's a lie. At the end, parked for free at the street, 10 mins walking from the hotel. Not an option when you are tired after full day driving and have suitcases. Bed blanket was not as clean as expected. Electric Outlets not located conveniently. No glasses or cups in the room, apart from the plastic in the bathroom”

There is no parking, the staff shows you the way to a public parking in the street whereas they advertise the parking on booking.
