All good in general. Nice, helpful people.

To be improved

I did not like checkout time at 10 am. I am not sure if this a trend in the industry or particular to this hotel. In my opinion this is really a very wrong move. This said, they were flexible with us and with the parking. Checkout time should be at 12. I am aware of the cleaning staff... But there is plenty of time after 12 to clean a room.

The best

The parking was a bit complicated, but the receptionist explained everything. We dropped off our luggage first, checked in and were given a card for the parking garage in the city. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. There was even a fridge, which was not mentioned in the description.

To be improved

The parking is a bit far away. The price for such a small city was rather high, given that no breakfast was included. The reception was closed in the evening and early morning.

Everything was fabulous. The rooms spotlessly clean, super friendly and accommodating staff. Everything seems very modern and stylish. Excellent location and within walking distance to everything. Wound definitely return in the future without a doubt. Thank you!

“Hotel was good for us apart from the small bed”

The hotel itself was lovely as was the room. Very good location

To be improved

The bed was way too small so my husband didn’t get any sleep. Asked if there were any rooms with larger beds but they are all a standard double. Our friends shower was tiny so had trouble getting into it. The lift is very very slow so easier to walk up the stairs
