THE STAFF WERE AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY AND COULDN’T DO ENOUGH FOR US. BREAKFAST HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF OPTIONS COOKED INDIVIDUALLY FOR YOUR TABLE. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND JUST AS WE NEEDED AS I HAD A BROKEN LIMB. IT WAS ALSO QUIET AND OVERLOOKING THE POOL.

Amazing hotel! Lovely and modern, spotless and the staff cannot do enough for you. Also only a 5 minute walk from the beach front and has a bus stop within a 2 minute walk making it easy to get to and from the airport and also to explore other parts of Palma. All the staff always have a smile on their faces and are there to help with anything you may need. We visited Palma one day and didn’t have much clue about what to see/where to go but the lovely lady on reception marked a map up and gave us so much advice on the best areas/sights. Antonio who works on the bar was also amazing!! Cannot fault this hotel at all, don’t let the 2* rating put you off as it deserves to be much higher than that!
