“Comfortable hotel with great location and excellent staff”
The best

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable clean room with excellent bathroom and powerful shower. Quiet room at the back. Very central but not in the thick of the tourist zone. Good neighbourhood bars.

To be improved

Only a small plastic cup for drinking water. V minor complaint!

“comfortable stay, friendly staff, value for money”
The best

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was easy to access and close to practically everything. It is in between the two main train stations and a 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Lots of restaurants nearby but basically a residential area. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great!
