“Room & hotel were clean. Both pools were lovely. Drinks were cheap. Evening entertainment was provided. · Cons: Stayed 1 night and had to change our keycards on 2 separate occasions, which was annoying because we waited ages for the lift, got up to the room to find the keycard not working. Took a long time to hand our key card back to check out, the chap at the desk was having a very long conversion with someone checking in. €16 for 1 nights parking.”

Room & hotel were clean. Both pools were lovely. Drinks were cheap. Evening entertainment was provided.

To be improved

Friendly ,not overcrowded, plenty of sunbeds .AI worth every penny, food was lovely with themed nights , drink ok just like any other AI holiday local. Spirits , only downfall are the stupid tokens, and if you lose it, you feel guilty asking for another. It's like bee a naughty school kid. Overall stay was good and we would return to the Gala Pacidia again

The best

Property is very clean and well kept, good choice of food and enjoyed the theme nights of food. Pool area was clean and inviting. Bar staff and animation team were brilliant, we couldn't fault them and they brought us lots of laughter

To be improved

Food was a little cold but they provided a microwave so solved that issue! wasn't an issue for us! A few more cocktails on the list, very limited
