Fantastic location and clean bedrooms.

To be improved

Staff were non existent. Check in was frosty and no real information given about breakfast or check out. In our 2 night stay I think we saw a member of staff once.

Beautiful surroundings perfect spot to view the town

Poor breakfast staff didn’t have a clue Had to ask for everything And the price you pay was not worth just a tostada and coffe could gone to shop Was very disappointed that swimming pool was empty it was one of the things I wanted that’s why I booked should have been told or given reduced price On the Monday the hotel was not open couldn’t even get a water or coffee shocking there should been facilities to use to make a drink and info should be given on the booking page for advice The restaurant part was lovely food but small portions

“I arrived at the hotel during a massive power outage in Spain, after having made a last minute booking. In spite of all internet and power being out, the hotel was able to accommodate my stay, and even provided a really lovely dinner over candlelight. The staff were all warm, friendly and helpful. The room comfortable and clean and quite charming... really absolutely there was nothing I could fault. Total gem of a place, very happy to recommend!”
