The best

The property was in a great location – close to everything but still felt peaceful

To be improved

The breakfast options were really poor - drinks weren’t included, and I was told I’d have to pay extra for boiled eggs, even though breakfast was supposedly included. The yoghurt had also been left out all morning, which wasn’t very appealing. We had to move rooms because the first one smelled strongly of sewage and the AC was unbearably loud. When we moved, we accidentally left our straighteners behind. I flagged this at reception the next day, and the staff member was rude and dismissive, saying it was my responsibility. I went back to check the room myself - housekeeping had already been in and new guests were staying - and the straighteners were still there. Overall, the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, which really impacted our stay.

The best

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Galfi! The location was excellent — close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comfort we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d gladly return in the future. Highly recommended

The only issue was the smell in the toilets and not having fresh sheets provided on day 3 but other than that everything was great.
