Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
Several reviews highlight excellent location, very convenient.
Generally positive but with minor issues; staff is described as nice and available.
Breakfast quality noted as great in one review, but some quality concerns.
Overall experience is mixed due to poor cleanliness but compensated by location and breakfast.
Facilities found to be dated with some negative mentions.
Pricing seems fair but may not match some expectations for quality.
“Hotel Gaudi January 2026”
We know some smaller European hotels can be a challenge. The room was nice with a patio but the facility was decidedly dated. We only had one towel for two people and no refresh on the tea and coffee. The location was great for walking around and visiting Gaudi sites
“Great place to sleep, not the best for being close to activities and bars”
It was clean and tidy
The location of choice was too far from any place worth visiting
“Disappointing!”
Disappointing! Rooms extremely basic! Shower curtain completely collapsed on top of me whilst in the shower! Window broken, didn’t close properly. Wall lamp over bed hanging off, right over my head! Just not a nice room, absolutely uninspiring! Breakfast was nice and the dining room staff very friendly! Reception staff less so!
“We couldn’t wait to leave - thankfully there are lots of nice restaurants nearby!”
Towels were clean, the location was good, the bathroom in our second room had been renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Extremely hot room! We had to move due to neighbors being too - shall we say - “noisy”. Baby cot which costs an additional €15 was approximately 50 years old. Room smelled like stale cigarettes.
“Could be better if we get air conditioning.”
The location is fine, convenient to the town center while not too far from the bus station
It was really hot when we visit. However, the hotel refuse to start the air conditioning. We have to open the windows and it was noisy and hot
“Excellent city break hotel.”
The Hotel Gaudi was situated next to the old town which was ideal for exploring this compact city. We travelled to Reus by train from Stiges and walked to the hotel with our two wheeled suit cases from the station which was a gentle down hill stroll and took 15 minutes. The room was spacious and clean with a gentle air conditioning system to keep the room comfortably cool in the heat of summer. We did not have breakfast purely because we had some spare hours in the morning before catching a taxi to Reus airport and wanted to experience some Spanish café food. However, we did use the adjoining restaurant and bar where the service and food was excellent and you could sit outside watching the people of Reus going about their business.
Im not sure what could have been better for the money. A outside balcony and pool would probably be to much to ask.
