Guests were allowed to leave their towels on the sunbeds overnight.

Bedrooms need to have a fridge; also hotel needs a facility to fill bottles with cold water. Breakfast was basic.

The property is very very old and needs renovation. I had to move rooms because the a/c didn’t work. It wasn’t very clean either. The people who worked there were kind and tried to do everything to help but the management / owners were rude. I had an issue that my partner was coming to stay for an additional night and wanted to pay the supplement and the lady owner made a huge issue over it on the phone and was screaming and shouting and unable to hold a normal conversation about the booking.com policy. I was finally able to prove my point but only after a very stressful conversation. There was also someone who I think may have been family that sat in reception all day and slept in a chair it looked awful and completely unprofessional. The area isn’t fantastic and I wouldn’t recommend either the hotel or the resort - unless you want a trip down memory lane to the 1960s.
