“Amazing”

The best

It wasn’t the first time I stayed here. When it comes to price-quality relation, in my opinion this hotel is the beste in S Nevada. The people who work there are exceptional ! Big shout out to the people in the Restaurant where breakfast and dinner buffet takes place! Outstanding their sympathy and availability…. Allways smiling and willing to make you feel confortable. This is not a 5 star hotel but surely the human resources department of this group Is doing a better job than other major hotel groups. Congratulations!

“Nice stay”

The best

Great service and kind people. Hotel is a bit old with mediocre breakfast, but for its price, it provides a great accommodation. It is nice to be able to ski to the hotel, but do not go too late in the season because the access will not be skiable.

“Exceptional value for money for an inexpensive trip”

This hotel is a bit of a ronseal place, “it does exactly what it says it does on the tin !!” The not so good It’s a bit noisy in the hotel rooms at times , with little sound proofing. The rooms are a bit dated Between 10:30 to 2:30 there is no availability to get a drink of coffee or anything else (obvs most people are on the piste) The good Very friendly team Comfortable beds Very warm and cosy throughout the hotel The breakfast is good , with lots of variety The evening buffet meal is very good, lots of choice , amazing value for money The ski hire shop is again very friendly and very good value for money Good location in the resort ( bit of climb from the square if you don’t take the chair lift ) Bar reasonably priced Over all value for money for an inexpensive break is really exceptional. Finally a shout out to the restaurant team , so friendly and helpful, always smiling , happy to get the extras ( good inexpensive wine and champagne) … great team Top tips Bring a kettle and some cups ( coffee / tea etc) as there are no facilities in the room Try and get a top floor room

“The Staff makes the whole experience exceptional”

The hotel itself is pleasant, nothing out of the ordinary but the Staff makes the whole experience exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, specially Eva and Ivan at the restaurant. The rooms are very cozy and warm, and our room had a lovely view! On saturday there was an Apres Ski party which was very fun! Also the hotel is located by the chairs that lead you to the main square/ telecabines. Definitely recommend the hotel 🫶🏼

“Great value hotel”

The best

Classic ski resort hotel with its due decorations and sense of coziness. I went with my 5 year old son and we had a great time/stay. Attentive staff, from the reception to the buffet, comfortable beds, great location. Ideal if going to Sierra Nevada. I highly recommend !!

“It used to be great”

It used to be one of my top hotels in Sierra Nevada. I love the hotel bar, friendliness of the staff and the location. We've been over 7times to this hotel. They painted the halls and did tiny improvements on the comun areas. This time it was full of school trips, so if you don't want to wake up at 7am with screaming, loud noises and knockings on the room door, this is NOT a hotel for you. We spoke to the front desk and the next day it was basicly the same. Im on a break from work and don't want to wake up at 7am every day! Breakfast: very very poor especially after all the teenagers rushed through it. We had on 2 mornings hairs in our food. Rooms: funny smell in the bathroom, mattress should be replaced I was really disapointed this time and are not planning to come back. I know you will keep having schools over, bit try to put them on one floor seperate from couples or single rooms.
