The location is central, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all right around the corner. Breakfast was included (08:00 - 09:30, they stopped serving at 09:28, so realistically you need to be there no later than 09:00). The AC worked well. It was one of the cheapest options available at the time.

To be improved

The pool is tiny, so once a single family gets in, there isn't really any room for anyone else (but who needs a pool when you're a few minutes from the sea). The walls are thin, but the same is true of all of the hotels and apartments in the area (we stayed at multiple others, ranging in price from 42-189 euro/night). The issue is that being so cheap means it attracts a lot of broke youth, who end up getting wasted and yelling at each other in the halls... The night manager did a good job of keeping them under control. They rooms are outdated, the bathroom had a slight odor, the shower head was a bit wonky, and our room was missing it's desk. The bed wasn't exactly comfortable, but wasn't much worse than the other places in the area. In the end, if it's the cheapest option, and you don't mind the severely outdated rooms, then it's fine for an overnight stay (we had a flight the next day). The Tent Hotel (not an actual tent) is around the corner and is generally better (with a significantly better breakfast/brunch), and I would highly recommend going there instead if the prices are similar.
