“the breakfast was good and the pool area was very pleasant · Cons: I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. After the second night, I noticed some bites on my body, which I initially assumed were from mosquitoes after a beach day. But after the third night, I woke up with even more bites, and by the fourth, it had gotten significantly worse. I didn't want to make a scene or even complain—I simply informed the manager in case there might be an issue with the bed bugs that needed checking. To my surprise, she immediately dismissed my concern and insisted their beds were “super clean,” without even showing a basic level of empathy or willingness to look into the situation. I wasn’t asking for compensation, just a simple acknowledgement. What was most disappointing wasn’t just the bites—it was the complete lack of openness to feedback and the unwillingness to listen. Hospitality should include the ability to handle concerns respectfully, even if you believe there's no issue.”

“We were lucky to find this hidden gem totally accidentally and had just one night stay. But we enjoyed everything about our stay! First of all, we felt welcomed immediately upon the booking, the host, Carmen, messaged us and provided useful tips on how to get to the hotel. The house is wonderful, in a quiet place yet close to the coast and small town nearby. Beautifully renovated, very cozy and spacious. We had everything we need and it was spotless clean. There was superb breakfast in the morning. Carmen was super friendly and helpful, she advised us a lovely taps restaurant on the beach, so we had great dinner.”

I loved the surrounding, garden and common areas. The breakfast served by the pool was also very special and done with care and love.

To be improved

I didn't like the limited hours to check in but it's understandable. It should be shared by booking in bold letters to make sure that we don't miss our chance to check in.
